After opting for this credit, you will be provided with In-Service Form 1125. Print this form and complete sections I and III. Reporting protocols vary by district, so check with your district or supervisor for specific instructions on how to report your training hours.
OSPI Clock Hours are offered in partnership with WSLHA, an approved provider. The clock hour fee covers our partner's costs to administer this program.
